Exchange Policy

 

Exchanges are only allowed (on full-priced items) within 7 days. If an order was delivered, the 7 day period starts once your order has been delivered. There will be no refunds issued on any STREET LINES ® items unless otherwise indicated by STREET LINES ® or where alternative arrangements have been discussed. No Exchanges allowed on any sale item/s. If a size or style is not available to exchange for, a credit note (valid for 3 months) will be issued via email. A Credit Note is only issued for full-priced items. 

Should your sizing be incorrect (on full-priced items), or the item was not suitable (on full-priced Items), you are expected to notify STREET LINES ® within 7 days of receiving the item/s to info@streetlines.co.za and exchange for a different size or any other available item. Returns/Exchanges to us are at your expense. You are allowed one free courier charge for item/s returned/Exchanged from us (once exchange item is received) within this period; thereafter, you will be billed accordingly for additional courier charges

*Expected arrival of products falls between 2 – 4 working days; the client has 7 days to inform STREET LINES ® of any exchanges or faulty items after the item is received.

Please note that any items that are ‘defective’ that are returned, will not automatically result in a refund. If the item was found to have been worn/ the item was damaged due to negligence, STREET LINES ® reserves the right to return the item to the recipient, cost to the client.

STREET LINES ® endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). STREET LINES ® reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
